NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT
THAN EMPATHY FOR ANOTHER,
HUMAN BEING’S SUFFERING.
NOTHING. NOT CAREER,
NOT WEALTH, NOT INTELLIGENCE,
CERTAINLY NOT STATUS.
WE HAVE TO FEEL FOR ONE ANOTHER
IF WE ARE GOING TO SURVIVE WITH DIGNITY.

WHAT'S THE MISSION?

What We Do

The TMIP Foundation advocates for and creates new social solutions and practices toward equitable philanthropy in the needs and circumstances that are specific and unique to women and girls.

The TMIP Foundation intentionally and pragmatically unites an audience that radiates multigenerational, multiracial, and peripheral demographics, including MEN and BOYS, as a framework for building positive social change.

The TMIP Foundation amplifies empathy towards benevolent gynocentric missions through education platforms, fundraising support, and training for Generation Z and women leaders making a social impact on women serving non-profit organizations with a laser focus on those serving on the front lines assisting women facing untenable circumstances, life-threatening crises, and unbearable economic disparities.

The TMIP Foundation produces Generation Z education platforms and specializes in fundraising maximization and training for women leaders making a social impact within women serving non-profit organizations.

Why Equitable Philanthropy Is Needed

There are vast, daunting, and life-threatening global health challenges facing women and girls: poverty and homelessness, menstrual hygiene management (MHM), domestic violence, women and girl sex trafficking, ovarian and breast cancer, female incarceration and re-entry, female immigration exploitation, fetal and maternal mortality, mental illnesses, substance use disorders, sexual assault, and gender inequality while simultaneously striving for education and equity within the workforce, arts, and sciences.

When Will This Mission Be Accomplished?

The TMIP will consider this mission accomplished when the USA giving statistics have transformed 2% of philanthropic giving to women and girls to 25%.

A CONVERSATION ABOUT WOMEN AND GIRLS

These conversations impact the people we love most: Our sisters, daughters, mothers, wives, grandmothers, aunts, cousins, nieces, friends, co-workers, and neighbors.

A U.S. study by the Women’s Philanthropy Institute found that as women’s income rises, they become more likely to give to charity than their male counterparts, giving nearly twice as much as men across all income brackets. According to the Chronicle of Philanthropy, 73% of all charitable donations are made by women. However, despite these giving trends, only 2% of charitable giving goes specifically to initiatives for women and girls. Total philanthropic giving to women and girls of color is just $5.48 of funding per year for each woman or girl of color in the United States.

The Magnitude of the Mission

The platform is rooted in increasing compassion and knowledge by spreading awareness of how critical societal components intersect; and what a vitalized and uplifted community looks like for our families, and our world, when civil society supports the betterment of humanity by purposefully supporting the needs of women and girls, especially women and girls of color.

We aim to bring forth meaningful and lasting social change through this platform. We intentionally configure an audience assembly that radiates multiculturalism and shared gender participation (men and boys) as a framework for building positive social outcomes.

Championing a spirit of “we are in this together,” this initiative aims to secure 100 men, fathers, dads, brothers, husbands, friends, and neighbors to support the educational curriculum and nonprofits working within the unique and sometimes devastating needs of women and girls.

This Mission is Possible: Secure $100 million in philanthropic investments 100 men at a time.

An opportunity at the forefront to support the mission, these women are wives, sisters, daughters, leaders, and philanthropists who choose to fully and masterfully engage by electing to lead the conversations and make a commanding commitment to use their power and influence to activate financial contributions.

This Mission is Possible: Secure equitable philanthropy by supporting a goal of $1M in their home city.
