A CONVERSATION ABOUT WOMEN AND GIRLS

These conversations affect the people we love most: Our sisters, daughters, mothers, wives, grandmothers, aunts, cousins, nieces, friends, co-workers, and neighbors. Hardships facing women and girls arise frequently and must be addressed. This Mission Is Possible Foundation intentionally and pragmatically builds an audience of multi demographics including Gen Z students that radiate multiculturalism with shared gender participation, including MEN and BOYS, as a framework for building positive social change.

EMPOWERING GENERATION Z FUTURE PHILANTHROPISTS & SOCIAL IMPACT LEADERS: Equipped with a Philanthropic Education Curriculum, we actively engage and recruit female and male students from dozens of high schools, colleges, and universities to attend these conversations to empower our next generation of philanthropists. As we move across the country, our mission is to prepare and employ Generation Z to facilitate meaningful intergenerational dialogues and connections within the gilded world of philanthropy.

TMIP’S UNIVERSITY PARTNERSHIPS HONE IN ON GENERATION Z’S COMMITMENT TO PHILANTHROPY: TMIP’s University partnerships are vital to TMIP’s early build in Social Change through Social Investments. The University Partnership creates the perfect opportunity to cultivate and spark first and second-year college students’ interest in Philanthropy and its impact on social good. These one hour Master Classes are taught by leading educators, fundraising professionals, and scholars.

TMIP’S HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL CURRICULA INTRODUCES JUNIORS AND SENIORS TO SOCIAL IMPACT: TMIP’s High school educational curriculum has a dedicated focus on Social Impact. A multicultural, multi-gender approach to high school participation is vital; TMIP crisscrosses class, race, and gender in its selection process. Programming is directed toward junior and senior-level students, highlighting the critical work and impact nonprofit organizations provide, empowering and encouraging students to take an active role in their communities. Students receive stipends and scholarships for learning and participating in fundraising and volunteering that impact their overall health and wellness, education, school fundraising, and community citizenship. This program helps students gain a better understanding of the impact philanthropic giving has on their day-to-day lives.

Philanthropic News Digest asserts that this emerging generation is showing early signs of being among the most generous and philanthropic generation in history, and it’s on nonprofit leaders to avow to earn their support.

IT’S MUCH WORSE
THAN YOU THINK.

PHILANTHROPY IS COMMENDABLE,

BUT IT MUST NOT CAUSE THE PHILANTHROPIST TO OVERLOOK THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF ECONOMIC INJUSTICE WHICH

MAKE PHILANTHROPY NECESSARY.

THIS MISSION IS POSSIBLE

A POTENTIAL FOR HIGH IMPACT, REIMAGINED CHARITABLE INVESTMENT

This Mission Is Possible because an intergenerational sea change is happening in America. Almost half of the Gen-Z are minorities compared to 22% of Baby Boomers. Generation Z is considered more accepting and open-minded than any other generation. The spending power of Gen-Z is on the increase, and it is estimated that their spending power potential will be over $360 billion in disposable income.
